hmm.
i thought it was pretty poor. your art and animation wasn't terrible, but pretty bog-standard. the only way you'll ever get better and make things that appeal to a wider audience is if you break out of this overused anime/manga influence. try, at least, to make it your own style with slight influences of what you enjoy. because if you don't, it just looks like you're trying to copy anime but falling short.
in terms of story - it's good that you've been influenced by a variation of the zombie genre, instead of just sticking to the typical unexplained zombie infestation or resident evil spinoff. i say it a lot, but there are better - much better - voice actors out there who will happily do your voices for free and have better quality equipment and a better idea of how to do it. don't just go for your first choices or friends. search around. hype your movie up so that people who are good get interested. put the work into it and you'll reap the benefits.
and also, in relation to your art, style, and general choice of what is in your toon (the story, if you will) - it really says something of your age - or perhaps the age you are deep inside - when you take the time to draw out a girl bent over a railing in one of the most awkward and unrealistic positions i've ever seen just so you can detail her ass.
i kind of laughed, more than thought it was a good attempt at a short, intense thriller toon. it's not that it sucked, but just that i reckon you can do better.
